How about a stir fry of vegetables? Potatoes, carrots, and leeks will be mixed up with herbs and spices. A little ginger to flavor it nicely. It should make a really nice dish.
Ingredients
500 g bacon
6 potatoes in pieces
6 carrots in rings
3 white leeks in rings
1 large onion, minced
3 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 tsp thyme
½ ginger powder
100 ml dry white
200 ml water with beef bouillon cube
Pepper
1 pinch coarse salt
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Fry the potatoes and carrots 5min
Add the bacon and onion
Brown 5min more
Add the leeks
Add the broth and white wine
Add the spices, garlic, and pepper
Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min
Put a pinch of coarse salt on the plate
