Strawberry, Chantilly and apple

When strawberries are in season, you may want to try that delicious recipe. You will cover up the strawberries with an apple base type of cream.

 2 gelatin leaves of 2g
 500 g strawberries, cut
 10 mint leaves chopped
 20 ml apple juice
 80 ml whole liquid cream (30% MG)
 240 g granny apples, in cubes
 200 ml whipped cream very cold

Soak the gelatin leaves in cold water

Mix the strawberries, sugar, and mint

Spread in ramekins

Keep cool

Pour apple juice and cream into the bowl

Add drained gelatin

Fill the basket with apple cubes

Place the basket in the bowl

Start cooking under pressure for 4 minutes

Mix and keep cool for 3 hours

Add cold whipped cream

Keep refrigerated 1 hour

You can cover with Chantilly
