This is a pretty time-consuming recipe to make but the result is worse it. The tasty stuffing of the cabbage leaves is going to be enjoyed by everybody.

Stuff cabbage and carrots and bacons

Ingredients

 The leaves of a green cabbage
 3 carrots in rings
 2 onions minced
 100 g smoked bacon
 400 g veal sausage
 3 dry bread slices dipped in milk
 1 egg
 1 clove chopped garlic
 20 g chopped parsley
 Margarine
 Salt pepper
 150 ml water

Directions

Put 200 ml of water in the instant pot tank

Place the steam basket with the cabbage leaves

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking for 3 minutes

Drain the cabbage leaves

Empty and dry the tank

In a bowl mix the sausage and veal meat with the egg, garlic, soaked bread, parsley, salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Place a large tablespoon of stuffing in the center of each cabbage leaf and close them before tying them up

In the bowl of your instant pot, put the margarine

Fry the carrots, onions, and, pieces of bacon for 2min

Add the stuffed cabbage with 150 ml of water

Put the instant pot under pressure for 25 minutes
