Peppers can be stuffed with many different ingredients. In the following recipe, ground meat, and chorizo sausages are used. Rice will accompany the dish.

 600 g minced meat
 ½ chorizo in pieces
 1 jar of fajita sauce
 4 large peppers
 Rice

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the meat with the chorizo

Add the sauce

Cut the top of the peppers to form hats

Remove the seeds

Stuff the peppers with the meat

Put the hats

Put the peppers back in the instant pot

Add the rice

Add the water until you cover the rice
