It may take a little time to prepare that recipe but the result should be wonderful. Here, you stuff some squids before cooking them in a tasty sauce. Don’t hesitate to try it.

Ingredients

 For the stuffing
 1 kg minced pork meat
 Parsley
 2 chopped onions
 1 clove of minced garlic
  Pepper, salt
 1 egg yolk
 Squid
 1 kg squid
 3 sliced onions
 2 small cans of crushed tomatoes
 Paprika cumin and chili
 1 l fish stock
 Salt and pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients of the filling

Stuff the squid and close them with 1 toothpick

Fry the squid and set aside

Brown the onion

Add the squid

Add the flour

Sprinkle with flour

Add the crushed tomato and spices

Add the fish stock

Pass the instant pot in quick cooking 15min

If you find the sauce too liquid, thicken with flour in mode browning
