Stuffing potatoes are fun; you have all kinds of ingredient to be used. In the following recipe, the potatoes are stuffed with bacon and cheddar, a good combination.
Ingredients
8 firm potatoes
200 g mascarpone
150 g grilled bacon slices
2 green onions
100 g grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Put the potatoes in the steam basket
Put 200ml of water in the tank and put the instant pot under pressure for 10min
At the end of cooking, dig the potatoes
Mix the potato flesh with the mascarpone, bacon, onion, and cheddar
Fill the potatoes with the filling
