If you like a little bit of change in presenting fish, you may want to try that recipe. You stuff sole with a nice tasty mixture before serving them with lemon butter. It sounds delicious.

Mix 1 sole with the cream, egg white, salt and pepper
Spread the mixture on the other 8 soles
Roll them and tie them crosswise
Put them in a mold and cover with aluminum foil
Put the mold in the steam basket and in the tank with 200ml of water
Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 6min
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt the butter with the lemon juice
At the end of cooking the soles, serve the soles in a plate with lemon butter
