This is another stuffed tomatoes recipe. That one consists of ground sausage meat with a lot of different herbs. A good preparation to do in summer when you have some nice and ripe tomatoes available.

 6 large tomatoes
 500 g plain sausage meat
 1 clove garlic, minced
 ½ tbsp of cumin
 1 sprig of rosemary
 2 sprigs of thyme
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Wash and empty the tomatoes keeping the flesh

In a bowl mix the sausage meat, garlic, cumin, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper

Fry the meat

Fill the tomatoes with brown stuffing

Place the stuffed tomatoes in the instant pot

Add the tomato flesh and a small glass of water

Put the instant pot in cooking mode under pressure 10min
