In that recipe, you take some turkey slices and stuff them before rolling them. What you put inside the slices will enhance the meat. Cooked in a sauce, it will be delicious.

 4 turkey escalopes flattened
 Pesto
 Gruyere grated
 1 tbsp chicken stock
 200 ml water
 1 minced onion

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions

Put a tablespoon of pesto and gruyere on the meat

Roll the meat and hold it with a toothpick

Brown the rolled meat

Add the water and the chicken stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

Switch the instant pot to browning mode a few minutes
