Ingredients
800 g pork in large cubes
150 g cranberries
2 tbsp brown sugar
Sunflower oil
4 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp cornstarch diluted in water
Salt and pepper
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Pass it in browning mode
Put the meat and brown sugar in the oil for 5 minutes to caramelize
Add the vinegar and wait until it evaporates
Add the cranberries and cornstarch
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 10min
