Print Options:

Tagliatelle Carbonara

 150 g of tagliatelle
 300 g of bacon
 1 shallot minced
 200 ml of cream
  Parmesan
 Pepper
 Basil
 2 egg yolks
 300 ml water

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Brown the shallot and bacon

Drain to remove the fat

Put back in the bowl and add the cream, pepper, basil

Mix

Put the pasta and water

Cook 2min in quick cooking

At the end of cooking add the parmesan and egg yolks
