This is a neat preparation of carrots and goat cheese. With a peeler, you will create some tagliatelle with the carrots. After cooking them, they will be served with goat cheese.

Ingredients

 6 large carrots
 40 g butter
 1 tbsp sugar
 6 sprigs thyme
 100 ml vegetable broth
 2 fresh goeat cheese

Directions

With the help of a peeler, make strips in the carrots to make tagliatelle

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the carrot tagliatelle in the butter for 5min

Add the thyme and sugar

Brown together 1min

Add the broth

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min

Serve with 1/2 goat cheese per person
