This is a recipe with a lot of calories and is not suitable for people concern with them. The pasta will be mixed up with shrimps, herbs, and cheese. The sauce will be made with cream and mayonnaise.

Tagliatelle with shrimps and Parmesan

Ingredients

 400 g short tagliatelle
 400 g cooked shrimp peeled
 1 l water
 80 g parmesan cheese
 100 ml liquid cream
 6 tbsp of mayonnaise
 2 chopped shallots
 1 clove of chopped garlic
 4 sprigs of parsley
 2 tsp margarine
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the shallots, garlic and shrimps 1min in margarine

Stop the browning mode

Add the tagliatelle and hot water

Put in quick cooking or under pressure half the time indicated on the pasta floor +1 min

At the end of the cooking add the liquid fresh cream, mayonnaise, parmesan and chopped parsley and mix well
