Terrine of zucchinis

Here is a refreshing recipe of a terrine of zucchini. There are a lot of steps but it's simple to prepare. After the zucchini is cooked, it's mixed with herbs, bread, and eggs.

Ingredients

 1.40 kg of courgettes in rings
 2 minced onions
 130 g of bread crumbs
 4 eggs
 1 bunch of basil

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the vegetables in a little oil 20min

Mash

Soak the bread crumbs in a little milk

Add to the mash

Beat the eggs and add the basil

Add to the zucchini

Grease a mold suitable for the instant pot

Put the mixture in the mold and then in the steam basket

Add 300ml of water in the tank

Cover the basket with food film

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 30min
