This is a very quick recipe to prepare. It just takes shrimps and you cook them in a spicy bouillon.
The liquid will be made of coconut milk with tomatoes.
Ingredients
300 g of peeled raw shrimp
400 ml of coconut milk
3 sticks of crushed lemongrass
50 g of ginger in fine slices
4 tomatoes in pieces
½ lime juice
Directions
Put all the ingredients in the instant pot except the lime juice
Pass the instant pot in pressure cooking 5min
Add the lime juice at serving time
