Tomato chicken

In that recipe, the chicken will be served in a tomato sauce. You could use that tomato sauce you made during the summer with some tasty tomatoes from the garden.

 4 chicken legs
 3 cloves of garlic
 1 cup of red wine
 1 bottle of tomato puree
 5 pieces of sugar
 1 beef bouillon cube
 Bay leaf, salt, pepper,

Fry the chicken thighs

Remove them once brown

Fry the chopped garlic, then add the wine and sugar.

Allow to brown for a few minutes so that it thickens.

Put the cube of crumbled beef, tomato paste, salt, pepper, bay leaf, and stir.

Put the chicken legs and start in quick cooking mode 30min
