Here is a recipe full of freshness and a special exotic touch. It consists of tomatoes with ginger and lemongrass. It should really be a tasty and flavored dish.

 700 g grape tomatoes, in quarters
 10 g fresh ginger, cut into strips
 2 lemongrass sticks, cut into slices
 1 onion, minced
 600 ml water
 300 g rice vermicelli or pasta (optional)
 Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions and ginger slices

Stop the mode browning

Add lemongrass, tomatoes, and water

Salt

Start cooking under pressure for 5 minutes

Remove the ginger strips and lemongrass stick

Garnish with rice vermicelli or pasta
