Why not try tortellini with spinach for a first course? The tortellini will be mixed up with spinach and mushrooms. A wonderful sauce will cover the preparation.

Ingredients

 600 g tortellini spinach and ricotta
 200 g spinach, hulled, chopped
 200 g button mushrooms cut into 2
 ½ onions, minced
 200 ml water
 200 ml liquid cream
 2 tbsp oil
 4 tbsp of grated parmesan
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Pour the oil into the bowl

Colour the mushrooms and onion

Add the spinach and cook, mixing

Stop browning

When the spinach is cooked, add the tortellini, water, salt, and pepper

Start cooking under pressure for 3 minutes

Pour the cream

Close and leave to keep warm for 1 minute

Add grated parmesan cheese
