Toulouse sausages with cream and carrots

This is the same sausages that in the preceding recipe. Here, they will be mixed with carrots. A nice sauce made of cream will cover the ingredients.

Ingredients

 3 Toulouse sausages in large pieces
 1 little bit of butter
 200 ml dry white wine (or broth if you don't like the wine)
 200 ml cream
 1 bouillon cube
 1 tbsp of old-fashioned mustard
 4 sliced large onions
 4 large handfuls of carrots in frozen rings

Directions

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Fry the onions in the butter

Add the sausages

Brown 2min

Add the white wine, mustard, cube, and carrots

Mix

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 5min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream
