Here is a healthy way to cook fish. It's wrap up in a paper before letting the steam do the cooking job. In that case, you add a few vegetables with the fish.
Ingredients
1 slice of trout
2 leek whites in slices
1 pepper (colour of your choice) in slices
1 shallot, minced
1 tbsp chives
Salt, pepper
Olive oil
Directions
On a cooking paper, put the vegetables
Put the trout on the vegetables
Put a drizzle of olive oil on top
Salt, pepper
Sprinkle with chives and shallot
Close the paper around the ingredients
Place in the steam basket with 200ml of water in the tank
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking 12min
