 2 trout
 1 fillet of lemon juice
 Soft cream cheese
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Cut the tail and head of the trout

Salt and pepper the inside of the trout

Put a fillet of lemon

Put 1 tbsp of cream cheese in each trout

Brush the top of the trout with the cream cheese

Put each trout in cooking paper

Put each trout in the steam basket

Put 200ml of water in the tank

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 3min
