You can prepare gratin in multiple ways but you always put it in the oven to brown it. Here you will mix up tuna and mushrooms before putting the ingredient in an oven dish to brown.

 500 ml fresh cream
 1 can of tuna
 1 can of mushrooms
 1 onion
 2 shallots
 200 ml white wine
 Parsley chopped
 Salt

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Make the onions and shallots brown for 5min

Add the mushrooms, parsley and white wine

Let brown 3min

Add the minced tuna and fresh cream

Brown it for 2 to 3min

Pour into an oven dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated gruyere

Put in the oven at 180° and brown it
