 400 g turkey fillet cut into pieces
 1 small amount of oil
 1 minced onion
 4 slices of chorizo cut into pieces
 1 mustard
 1 tbsp veal stock
 ½ cup water
 ½ brick of whole cream

Setting the instant pot to mode browning

Frying the turkey and chorizo in a little oil
