Turkey cutlets, pepper sauce and shell pasta

Here is a version of turkey cutlets with a pepper sauce. You may want to use some color pepper to give a little bit of color to your preparation. The cream and pasta will complete the dish nicely.

Ingredients

 3 peppers (Choice of colors)
 2 turkey cutlets
 ½ bouillon cube
 Shells pasta 5 vegetables (Panzani)
 1 drizzle of oil
 Salt, Pepper

Directions

Put 2 whole peppers in the steam basket

Add 200ml of water in the tank

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 6min

At the end of cooking, Peel and seed the 2 peppers

Empty the water from the instant pot

Switch to mode browning

Brown the turkey in oil during preheating

During this time slice the raw pepper

Add the pepper with the golden turkey

Let it brown 2min

Add 25cl cream, salt, and pepper

Switch the instant pot to quick cooking mode 4min

Cook the pasta in the instant pot for 3min with 1/2 cube of broth following the cooking mode ingredients > Pasta
