3 small zucchinis in pieces
Frozen peppers 3 colours
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 minced onion
Salt, pepper
1 tbsp flour
250 ml beer
200 g tomato paste

Brown the meat
Add the onions and garlic
Add the vegetables
Brown 6min
Add the flour
Mix and add the tomato paste and beer
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 18min
