That version of a turkey roast is a really simple preparation. The meat is cooked before some cream is added to make a delicious sauce. French fries will accompany the dish.

 1 roast turkey 800g
 2 cloves of garlic cut in half
 4 large shallots cut in 4
 Salt, pepper
 150 ml veal stock
 2 tbsp of fresh cream

Prick the roast and put the garlic in it

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the roast on all sides in the margarine

Salt, pepper

Fry the shallots

Add the veal stock

Switch to quick cooking 20min

At the end of cooking, add the fresh cream

Serve with French fries covered with a little sauce
