Turkey roast with 4 spices

For that recipe, you need to prepare a number of different spices. It's going to be a very seasoned piece of meat once it's cooked. Also, a few pieces of pineapple will join in the preparation.

Ingredients

 1 600g turkey roast
 1 red onion, minced
 2 cloves of garlic cut in half and pricked in the roast
 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
 100 ml veal stock
 1 tbsp curry
 1 tbsp paprika
 1 tbsp cumin
 1 tbsp chopped coriander
 1 small chili pimento
 200 ml fresh cream
 5 slices of pineapple cut into pieces

Directions

Set the instant pot to browning mode

Brown onions, garlic, and pineapple 2min

Add the garlic pricked roast

Fry 10min

Add all the ingredients

Add water until it covers half the roast

Salt, pepper

Cook under pressure 12min
