This is an easy and light recipe with turkey and Swiss chards. With a nice and thick sauce compose of cream and spices, the dish will be delicious.

 2 nice turkey steaks
 1 carrot
 8 Swiss chards stalk
 Garlic and onion
 Veal stock
 Fresh cream
 Salt and pepper
 1 pinch of curry

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the cut cutlets and vegetables with garlic and onion

When the meat is browned add all the other ingredients

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 4min

If you find the sauce too liquid add cornstarch
