Turkey tajine with semolina

This is a version of tajine with turkey and several vegetables to give colors and texture. Some dry fruits to give it a unique taste and spices to enhance it.

 10 turkey escalopes cut into pieces
 4 potatoes in large pieces
 5 carrots in cubes
 1 kg of peppers in strips (all 3 colours)
 100 g dry apricot
 100 g plums
 100 g raisins
 4 onions, minced
 Salt, pepper
 Tagine spices
 250 ml poultry stock

Put the instant pot in browning mode

Brown the onions and meat in a little oil

Add the spices

Place all the vegetables on the meat

Pour the poultry stock

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 13min

Serve with cooked semolina as indicated on the box
