Turkey Tenderloins with Curry

Ingredients

 14 oz turkey or chicken cutlets
 1 shallot
 Ginger
 18 oz carrots
 Olive oil
 2 tbsp curry
 1 tbsp poultry stock
 3.50 fl oz 4 or 5% light fresh cream
 Salt and pepper
 6 fl oz water

Directions

Put the instant pot in the roasting mode

Cut the turkey cutlets into slices

Peel and chop the shallot and then the ginger

Peel and cut the carrots into matches

Roast the meat and shallot

Add all the ingredients

Add the water

Switch the instant pot in the pressure-cooking mode for 9min

Add the cream at the last minute
