 1 turkey leg
 1 large onion, chopped
 125 g sliced mushrooms
 1 pepper
 2 tbsp flour
 50 g butter
 1 cup poultry broth
 150 ml cider
 Cream
 Salt and pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the turkey leg and bacon in a little butter

Add the onion

Sprinkle the flour by stirring

Pour in the broth

Add the mushrooms, pepper seasoning

Put the instant pot in mode cooking under pressure 15min

At the end of cooking incorporate the cream

Put the instant pot in keep warm mode 3min

Serve with rice
