You may try that recipe with a turkey thigh and some potatoes. Very simple and quick to prepare. It should be very good and tasty with some strong mustard to cover the turkey

Brown the leg in the oil on the skin side for 6min
Add the veal stock
Turn the leg over
Put the instant pot into pressure cooking 15min
At the end of cooking add the potatoes by putting the leg on top.
Brush the thigh with mustard
Put the instant pot back into the pressure cooker for 15 minutes
