Here you have a turkey thigh with some quinoa for people that are intolerant to wheat. It is a good substitute and also very healthy. Whit the right spicing, it tastes delicious.
Ingredients
1 turkey leg
2 cups quinoa
1 onion
3 stalk of celery
1 small can of mushrooms
2 cups cider
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Add the onion
Add the celery and turkey leg
Brown
Cover with the cider, salt, pepper
Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 10min
Add the quinoa
Restart the pressure cooking 10min more
Add the fresh cream at the end of the cooking
