Veal meat rolls and a pot of vegetables

Do you like a variety of vegetables on your plate? Then, the following recipe is just right for you. Here, you cook the meat rolls with a variety of delicious fresh veggie from the garden if you have one.

Ingredients

 1 onion, minced
 1 tbsp oil
 2 veal meat rolls
 2 beautiful carrots
 1 zucchini
 1 can mushroom
 3 medium potatoes
 1 tbsp mustard
 500 ml water with a bouillon cube of beef
  Pepper
 2 tbsp cornstarch
 1 tbsp thick fresh cream

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the onions in the oil

Add the meat rolls and brown them 5 min

Add the vegetables cut into large pieces

Put the mustard

Pour 2/3 of the broth into the instant pot

Add the pepper

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 10min

In the rest of the broth, dilute 2 tbsp. cornstarch

At the end of the cooking, add the rest of the broth and the fresh cream
