4 veal meat rolls

1 can of button mushrooms

1 package of smoke bacon

250 ml liquid cream

100 ml white wine

1 onion, minced

1 tbsp veal stock

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the meat rolls on all sides

Remove them from the bowl

Fry the onions and bacon in the pan

Add the mushrooms

Add the cream and white wine

Add the veal stock

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking for 10 minutes
