This is a pretty popular recipe of roll veal. A sliced piece of meat is rolled up after laying on top ham, cheese, and sage. It will be cooked with vegetables and cover with a sauce.

On the slice of veal, lay a slice of ham, 3 sage leaves, 1 slice of cheese
Roll
Hold with 3 toothpicks
Cut into 3 sections
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Pour the oil into the bowl
Colour the veal rolls
Reserve
Stop the browning mode
Deglaze with white wine
Add the vegetables and water
Season
Put the rolls back into the bowl
Start cooking under pressure for 1 minute
