This is a recipe where veal is going to be mixed up with the special Roquefort cheese. It will confer a unique flavor to the dish of meat. The addition of cream will enrich the preparation.

1 can of minced mushrooms
200 ml of water
1 Roquefort cheese
200 ml of fresh cream
Directions
Put the instant pot in browning mode
Brown the meat in a little oil
Add the mushrooms, the Roquefort in pieces and the water
Put the instant pot in pressure mode 12min
At the end of the cooking time, add the cream
