Vegetable Chicken Tenderloins

This is a recipe weight watcher where some delicious chicken is mix up with color full vegetables. Some pepper and squash to remind you of summer in a light creamy sauce. You will devour it with a tranquil conscience.

Ingredients

 600 g chicken breast cut into strips
 1 yellow pepper slices
 1 red pepper slices
 1 green pepper slices
 450 g zucchini cubes
 1 small onion, minced
 3 tbsp 15% cream
 Some bouillon
 150 ml water
 Salt, pepper

Directions

Cut chicken into slices

Set aside

Put the instant pot in the roasting mode

Brown chicken and onion

Cut the peppers into strips and the squash into cubes

Once the chicken is brown, add the vegetables in the bowl

Pour in the water and add the bouillon

Switch the instant pot in pressure-cooking for 10min

At the end of cooking, add the cream

Put in mode browning during 1min while stirring
