240 g quinoa
340 ml vegetable bouillon
200 g zucchinis in small cubes
4 tbsp olive oil
2 chopped spring onions
200 g carrots, in small cubes
1 red pepper
60 g fennel, in small cubes
20 g butter
Salt and pepper
Directions
Pour the oil into the tank
Preheat
Fry the onions, peppers, carrots, and fennel.
Stop browning.
Add the quinoa, vegetable stock, and zucchini.
Season with salt and pepper.
