This is a good weight watchers recipe to try after a good work out. Chicken bathing in a good creamy sauce with wine will give it a delicious and wonderful texture.

Ingredients

 160 g raw wheat
 1 can of minced mushrooms
 500 g chicken cutlets
 1 fat-free poultry stock
 100 ml white wine
 500 ml water
 4 tbsp 15% thick cream
 Salt, parsley pepper

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Add the chicken

Add the mushrooms and wheat

Mix

Add the white wine

Mix and let in brown mode until the alcohol has completely evaporated

Add the stock cube and water

Salt, pepper

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 15 minutes
