Beans usually require to be soaked for several hours to reduce the amount of cooking necessary. This is a simple recipe of white beans with carrots and onions. Sprinkle some parsley before serving to improve the look.

 300 g white beans (soaked overnight in water)
 250 g sliced carrots
 1 shallot minced
 1 garlic clove minced
 250 ml water
 2 bouillon cubes
 Salt, parsley pepper

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Brown the carrots, beans, garlic, and shallots for 5 minutes

Add water, salt, pepper, broth, and parsley

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 30min
