In season, you may pick some good tasting vegetables from your garden to prepare that dish. You will mix the fish fillet with tomatoes and pepper. With some curry and herbs, it will taste just wonderful.

 1 pepper
 2 tomatoes
 1 large shallot
 Parsley
 Garlic
 100 ml white wine
 200 ml liquid fresh cream
 Salt and pepper
 5 fillets of white hake
 1 tbsp curry

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the diced pepper in oil

Add the chopped shallot, tomatoes, garlic and parsley

Add the lemon juice and white wine

Add the curry and fresh cream

Put the white hake fillets

Gently mix

Put the instant pot in quick cooking mode 12min
