Soups are always welcome on cold winter days or any other time during the year. Try that simple dish of bouillon with a mix up of fine vegetables and some good spicing; it will warm you up and your family.

Ingredients

 4 leeks
 3 beautiful zucchini
 4 beautiful carrots
 1 onion
 150 g vermicelli
 2 slice of bacon
 2 tbsp tomato concentrate
 El Hanout raz spices
 Cumin - turmeric - curry

Directions

Cut vegetables into pieces and put in the bowl

Add spices according to your taste

Add concentrate

Cover with water slightly below the line

Put the instant pot in "Pressure cooking" mode 13 min

Once cooked add vermicelli and bacon

Put the instant pot in pressure cooking mode 1min
