This is the same recipe then the preceding one apart from approaching the preparation a little bit differently. You also could add a few vegetables to the dish to make it more complete.
Ingredients
1 roast wild boar 400gr
200 ml veal stock
1 minced onion
100 ml sweet wine
Salt, pepper
Columbo spices
1 tbsp sauce thickener
Directions
Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the meat and onion
Salt, pepper
Add the Colombo spices
Brown 2min
Add the veal stock
Put the instant pot under pressure 20min
At the end of cooking, put it in browning mode and thicken the sauce with the sauce thickener
