In that recipe, the chicken will be marinated in a combination of lemon, mustard, and spices. same with onions. It should be a really tasty dish after being cooked.

 1 chicken of 1.5kg in pieces
 10 chopped onions
 4 lemon juice
 6 tbsp of olive oil
 2 tbsp of strong mustard
 2 cubes of chicken bouillon diluted in 2cups of water
 1 dried chilli pepper cut in half ( 2 chili peppers if you like spicy)
 Salt, pepper

Mix in a bowl: mustard, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper

Brush chicken with marinade

Cover with film

Leave in the fridge for 3 hours

Mix onions with the rest of the marinade and let stand also for 3 hours in the fridge

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the chicken

Add onions, broth, and pimento

Switch the instant pot to 20min pressure cooking mode
