This is a holiday recipe with duck and some fancy ingredients to make it absolutely gorgeous. Your guest will really be impressed with that dish. It is a bit long to prepare but it will worth it.

Put the instant pot in mode browning
Brown the duck in olive oil on all sides for 10min
Remove the duck, reserve
Put in a little oil
Brown the onion and carrots for 5min
Stop the browning mode
Add the rosemary and 3 c.a.s. honey
Salt, pepper
Place the duck on top and cover with the 4th tbsp. honey
Pour in the chicken broth.
Stir
Switch to pressure-cooking 25min
At the end of cooking, remove and set aside the duck
Add the figs and apples.
Mix
Put the duck on the opposite side 5min
Put back under pressure 5min
