How about preparing some tender young pigeons? After being roasted, they will be cooked with onions, garlic, herbs, and some good wine to give the bird a delicious taste.

Ingredients

 2 pigeons
 200 g Bayonne ham cut into small pieces
 2 onions, minced
 4 cloves of garlic, minced
 250 ml red wine
 200 ml veal stock
 1 tbsp cornstarch
 1 bunch parsley
 Salt, pepper
 Oil

Directions

Put the instant pot in mode browning

Fry the pigeons

Add the onions and garlic

Brown for 2min

Add the ham and chopped parsley

Add the liquids

Dilute the cornstarch and add it to the instant pot

Switch the instant pot to pressure cooking mode 35min
